Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ML Model Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Model Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models to solve complex problems and drive innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain machine learning models, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements and model specifications.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Utilize a variety of machine learning techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning, to develop accurate and efficient models.
• Monitor and improve the performance of existing models, and implement updates and enhancements as needed.
• Stay current with advancements in the field of machine learning and incorporate new techniques and tools into our model development process.
• Communicate model findings and insights to stakeholders, including non-technical teams and senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and neural networks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
