Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead ML Model Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. As a Lead ML Model Engineer, you will lead a team of ML engineers and collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to build innovative solutions that will drive our company���s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Manage a team of ML engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify business needs and develop ML solutions that will drive company growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and incorporate them into our existing models and algorithms.
• Conduct research and experiments to identify and evaluate new ML techniques and tools.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code for production-level ML models.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data used for training and testing models.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain the overall quality of the ML models.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing models and propose enhancements to optimize their efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor���s or Master���s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• of experience in leading a team of ML engineers.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
• Experience with popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
