As a Junior Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our software applications, by conducting performance testing and identifying areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the software development team to understand the technical requirements and design specifications of the software applications.
• Develop and maintain performance test plans and strategies for various software applications.
• Execute performance tests and analyze the results to identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug performance issues, and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the software applications, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to streamline the performance testing process.
• Communicate performance testing results and findings to the development team and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in performance testing, and implement them into our testing processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential performance issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on performance testing.
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
