Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and identify test scenarios
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify and report any bugs or issues
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure testability and maintainability of the codebase
Develop and maintain test data and test environments to support automated testing
Continuously improve and evolve the test automation framework and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Work with the quality assurance team to identify and prioritize test cases for automation
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in test automation tools and techniques

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years of experience in test automation
Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for test automation
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman or SOAPUI
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
ISTQB or other software testing certifications are a plus
