Salary: $130 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead IoT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As the Lead IoT Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative IoT solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of IoT specialists and driving the development, deployment, and maintenance of IoT systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IoT specialists to design, develop, and implement IoT solutions for our clients.
• Oversee the development of IoT systems and platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define IoT use cases and develop strategies to address business needs.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest IoT technologies, tools, and trends to continuously improve our offerings.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of IoT systems, troubleshoot any issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for IoT projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations for all IoT projects.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IoT development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IoT architecture, protocols, and security principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and IoT platforms, such as Azure IoT Hub or Google Cloud IoT Core.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IoT projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning is a plus.
