Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's overall technology strategy, including short-term and long-term goals, to support business objectives
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and applications
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to drive a high-performing culture
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments, and make recommendations for new systems and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and timely procurement of necessary equipment and services
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs, and provide technical solutions to support their operations
Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems, implementing and monitoring appropriate security measures
Monitor and analyze technology performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the availability of critical systems in the event of a disruption
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services and products
Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of technology projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of years of experience in IT management, preferably in a leadership role
Strong technical knowledge and experience in various technology areas, including network infrastructure, system administration, and information security
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing technology strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
Experience in managing and developing a team of IT professionals
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations related to information technology, data security, and privacy
