Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and strategic planning
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research and analysis
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and techniques to achieve revenue targets
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase the value and benefits of our products
Understand the technical needs and requirements of clients and provide customized solutions to meet their specific business needs
Act as a technical expert and advisor to the sales team, providing guidance and support in the sales process
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to clients, negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed sales goals
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team
Travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and product installations, as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role
Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to travel for business purposes
