Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior designers and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
Conduct user research and user testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions
Design and optimize user flows, navigation, and interactions to enhance the overall user experience
Ensure consistent and cohesive branding across all digital products
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver high-quality work
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide assets and specifications for implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketers, and content creators, to deliver timely and effective design solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in UI design, preferably in a digital agency or product design environment
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and the ability to solve complex design challenges
Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
A passion for user-centered design and a strong eye for detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
