About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the overall design process for our company's products. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-friendly designs that align with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to launch for all our products, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and use data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user testing to validate design concepts and iterate accordingly.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and other design documentation.
• Mentor and manage a team of product designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a user-centered design approach.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience with user research methods, user testing, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
