Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients. You will lead a team of architects and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a hands-on technical role that requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex solutions that meet the business requirements and align with the overall technology strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to define solution requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of architects, ensuring they deliver high-quality solutions that meet the project objectives.
• Conduct architecture reviews to identify potential risks and make recommendations for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the architecture and design of our solutions.
• Participate in the development of standards, best practices, and guidelines for solution architecture and design.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to other team members on solution architecture and design principles.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and create proposals for potential clients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to solution architecture and design.
• Ensure that all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to security and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in system design, architecture, and development using various technologies and platforms.
• Experience in leading and delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide solutions.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of service-oriented architecture, microservices, and API design.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proven experience in creating and implementing architecture and design standards, best practices, and guidelines.
• Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
