Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion. You will lead a team of skilled technical professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and manage the overall project lifecycle, including scope, budget, timeline, and resources
• Lead and motivate a team of technical professionals to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate project goals, expectations, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and provide timely resolutions
• Monitor project progress and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to stakeholders
• Manage project change requests and adjust project plans accordingly
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and support their professional growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex technical projects from inception to completion
• Strong technical background and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project
