Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of blockchain-based systems, including architecture, data models, and protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and guidance
Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our business
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure high-quality code is delivered
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, API documentation, and user guides
Work closely with product managers and project managers to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
Participate in the testing and deployment of blockchain solutions, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely resolutions
Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality of deliverables

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in blockchain development
Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda
Proven experience in developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity or other blockchain programming languages
Experience with designing and implementing decentralized applications (DApps) using blockchain frameworks
Solid understanding of cryptography and security principles in blockchain systems
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Go
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and lead a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in Agile software development methodologies
