Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of growth hackers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their success in achieving our growth goals.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and maximizing ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with various growth hacking techniques, tools, and platforms such as SEO, SEM, A/B testing, email marketing, and social media.
