Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support the organization's data needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
Analyze complex data structures and provide recommendations for data modeling improvements.
Ensure data models adhere to best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Develop and implement data quality rules and standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Lead the development and implementation of data governance processes and policies.
Conduct data modeling reviews and provide feedback to the team.
Mentor and train junior data modelers on best practices and techniques.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data modeling techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex data models.
Strong understanding of data modeling tools and techniques, such as ER diagrams, UML, etc.
In-depth knowledge of database design and data architecture principles.
Experience with data modeling for both relational and non-relational databases.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with data governance and data quality processes is a plus.
