Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of knowledge management systems, tools, and processes to support organizational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to bridge them.
Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and patterns to improve knowledge management processes.
Create and maintain a knowledge base that is easily accessible and user-friendly.
Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on knowledge management best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge management trends and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
Act as a subject matter expert for knowledge management and provide guidance and support to other team members.
Develop and maintain relationships with external knowledge management professionals and industry experts to stay informed of best practices and advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing knowledge management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with knowledge management tools and technologies.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Certifications in knowledge management or related fields are a plus.
