Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data analytics solutions to support our business needs
Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to define data requirements and develop appropriate data models
Develop and optimize ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity
Design and implement data visualization dashboards to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
Identify and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks
Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related role
Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases
Experience with ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or DataStage
Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms
Experience in an Agile development environment
Certifications in data engineering or data analytics
