Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT related problems in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications

• Create and maintain technical documentation and system manuals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with various programming languages and scripting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for learning and keeping up with new technologies
