Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain virtualization solutions for our clients, including server virtualization, desktop virtualization, and network virtualization.
Develop and implement virtualization strategies to optimize server and storage resources, improve system performance, and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Install and configure virtualization software, such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix, to create virtual machines and manage virtual environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot virtualization infrastructure to identify and resolve performance issues.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on virtualization systems to ensure their stability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain documentation for virtualization processes, procedures, and configurations.
Train and mentor junior team members on virtualization technologies and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in virtualization technologies to continuously improve and enhance our virtualization offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a virtualization engineering role, with hands-on experience in server virtualization, desktop virtualization, and network virtualization.
Strong technical knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.
Experience in designing and implementing virtualization solutions for large, complex environments.
Solid understanding of networking, storage, and server technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Certifications in virtualization technologies, such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Citrix Certified Professional (CCP), are highly desirable.
