Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for all software products
Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and identify potential areas of risk
Design and execute test cases to ensure thorough testing of all software features and functionality
Identify and report any defects or issues, and work with the development team to resolve them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
Lead and mentor a team of software testers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives
Continuously evaluate and improve the testing process, tools, and techniques to ensure effective and efficient testing
Communicate testing progress and any potential risks to project stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies and tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record of leading and managing testing teams
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
