Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the knowledge management infrastructure, including databases, content management systems, and other tools.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify, capture, and organize information related to our products, services, and processes.
Design and implement taxonomies, ontologies, and other knowledge structures to ensure that information is easily searchable and accessible.
Continuously monitor the quality and accuracy of the knowledge base, making updates and improvements as needed.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to fill them.
Train and support team members on how to effectively use the knowledge management systems and tools.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in knowledge management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, systems, and tools.
Proficiency in database design and management.
Experience with taxonomies, ontologies, and other knowledge structures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the accuracy and quality of information.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
