Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly test software applications
Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing
Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand project requirements and provide input on testing strategies
Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved
Perform thorough end-to-end testing to ensure the seamless integration of various components of the application
Implement and maintain automated testing tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Continuously monitor and analyze test results to identify any patterns or trends that could impact the overall quality of the application
Document and report test results to the project team and stakeholders
Provide recommendations for improvements based on test results and user feedback
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies and tools

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
Experience with test management tools and automated testing tools such as Selenium or QTP
Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries to validate data integrity
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report subtle defects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus
