Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements
Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and maintain data models to support business decision-making processes
Create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics
Mentor and guide junior analysts to improve their analytical skills and knowledge
Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role
Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Prior experience in mentoring and guiding junior analysts is a plus
