About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our company through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate and promote them to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
