About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior IT Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, security, and maintenance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology systems and driving innovation to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data security, compliance, and efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to improve business operations and productivity.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications and software systems, ensuring their proper functioning and integration with other systems.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide IT solutions to support their objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the timely resolution of IT issues and interruptions, and provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the availability of IT systems and data in case of emergencies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and value for money.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT operations and driving technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, including networks, servers, cloud services, and security.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are a plus.
