Salary: $190000 - $224000

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Integration Engineer to join our team. As a Lead Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and integration, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration effort for our organization, including designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify integration needs.
• Develop and maintain integration architecture and standards.
• Design and document integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions to ensure high-quality and reliable performance.
• Manage and mentor a team of integration engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to integration and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful integration with their systems.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of integration projects and provide regular project status updates.
• Provide support for production environments and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in integration.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and protocols, such as REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with integration platforms, such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
