Position: Senior ERP Specialist

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance, and support of our ERP system for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP systems, a strong technical background, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of our ERP software for new clients, including project planning, data migration, and system configuration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in utilizing the ERP system.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the ERP system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ERP technology to make recommendations for system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems.
• Strong technical background, with knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
