Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the company's ERP system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
Design and document business processes and workflows within the ERP system.
Develop and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition to the new ERP system.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the ERP system.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and advancements to continuously enhance the system's capabilities.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure timely and successful implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP system implementation and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing and implementing data migration strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Certifications in ERP systems will be considered an asset.
