Salary: $270000 - $310000

Position Overview: As a Principal Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in the development and enhancement of our company's Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that align with our business goals. You will also serve as a subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related projects and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and provide technical direction and support to ensure high-quality code and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.
• Design and develop complex and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle from design to deployment and post-deployment support.
• Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize any impact on the business.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance our Salesforce platform.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including custom object development, Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly preferred.
