Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of SAP consultants and coordinate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide expert guidance on how to best utilize SAP solutions to meet their needs.
Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to clients and team members to showcase the capabilities of SAP solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients to ensure the smooth operation of their SAP systems.
Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, updates, and developments, and provide recommendations for system improvements and optimization.
Mentor and train junior consultants, and provide knowledge sharing sessions to continuously enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and their integration with other systems.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior consultants.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
SAP certification is preferred.
Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
