Job Title: Lead Mobile Developer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $123 Per hour

Overview: Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Mobile Developer to join our growing team. As the Lead Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of mobile developers to design, develop, and maintain our mobile applications. Your primary focus will be on the development of high-quality and user-friendly mobile applications that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of mobile developers and provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement mobile development strategies and roadmaps
• Design and develop high-quality and scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and frameworks in mobile development and recommend their adoption to improve the development process
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues reported by users and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects by managing resources, setting priorities, and tracking progress
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in mobile development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin
• Experience with native development for iOS and Android platforms using Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin
• Proficient in using mobile development tools and technologies such as Xcode, Android Studio, Git, and RESTful APIs
• Proven track record of successfully delivering mobile applications with a focus on user experience
• Excellent understanding of mobile design principles, interface guidelines, and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
