Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new IT infrastructure solutions to meet the company's needs
• Maintain and monitor the company's existing IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect our systems and data
• Continuously evaluate and improve our infrastructure to optimize performance and efficiency
• Provide technical support to end-users when needed
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure engineering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering
• Strong understanding of networking, server administration, and virtualization
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies (e.g., AWS, VMware)
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
