Job Overview: As the Lead Ethical Hacker, you will be responsible for leading a team of ethical hackers to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in our clients' systems. You will play a critical role in helping our clients understand their risk level and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest hacking techniques and tools, as well as providing guidance and training to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of ethical hackers in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on our clients' systems.
• Develop and implement testing methodologies to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems and networks.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hacking techniques, tools, and trends in the cybersecurity industry.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement security solutions for our clients.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to budget and scope.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their security needs and provide expert advice.
• Continuously assess and enhance our internal processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ethical hacking or penetration testing.
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hacking tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Experience leading a team of ethical hackers or other cybersecurity professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of various operating systems, programming languages, and network infrastructure.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest developments in the cybersecurity field.
