Position: Senior IT Auditor

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

About the Role: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Auditor to join our dynamic team. As a Senior IT Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our company's information systems and technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for evaluating our IT systems and processes, identifying potential risks, and recommending improvements to enhance our overall cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and objective evaluations of our company's IT systems, processes, and controls to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to assess the effectiveness of our company's IT controls and procedures.
• Document and communicate audit findings to key stakeholders, including senior management, and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans to address identified issues and improve the overall security and efficiency of our IT systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evolving cybersecurity threats to continuously enhance our audit processes.
• Lead and mentor junior IT auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of audit projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, including networks, operating systems, databases, and cloud computing.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to information security and IT auditing, such as COSO, COBIT, and ISO 27001.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience leading and managing audit projects, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
