Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of software solutions, including architecture, frameworks, and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to other developers.
Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all software solutions.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software development processes.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical leadership to the team.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical advice and solutions.
Lead the implementation of best practices and standards for software development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead architect role.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and coding principles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Experience working with large-scale, complex software projects is a plus.
