Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the automation team, including hiring and training new team members
Develop and implement automation strategies and roadmaps to support business objectives
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define project scope and requirements
Design, develop, and test automation processes using various software tools and technologies
Ensure that all automation processes are efficient, reliable, and maintainable
Monitor and analyze automation performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies
Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes, including standard operating procedures, user manuals, and training materials
Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and tools and make recommendations for their adoption
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize automation processes and increase efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of automation principles, tools, and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML)
Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in a complex environment
Proficient in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#
Project management experience, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
Certifications in automation or project management are highly desirable.
