Salary: $123 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technical Manager to lead our technical team and oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions for our organization. As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple technical projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and timeline, and providing strategic direction to drive innovation and efficiency within our technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, including developers, engineers, and analysts, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation, improve processes, and increase efficiency within the technical team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to understand business needs and develop technical solutions to support them.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to promote their growth and enhance their technical skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the technical team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects within budget and timeline.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
