Job Title: UI/UX Specialist
Location: New York, New York, United States
Salary: $97 Per hour
Job Description: Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for user interface and experience design? Do you have a strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a UI/UX Specialist.
As a UI/UX Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces and experiences for our company's digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and refine product requirements
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for consistency across all products
- Continuously monitor and analyze user data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback for iterative improvements
- Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all digital platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects
