Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality work
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas and iterate upon them based on feedback
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation for consistency across all digital products
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and strategies
Lead user testing sessions and gather insights to inform design improvements and identify areas for optimization
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs within project deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and solutions
Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Figma
In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and communicate design ideas to stakeholders at all levels
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions
Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects within tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in design across all digital products
Passion for staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
