Job Title: Principal DevOps Specialist

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal DevOps Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Principal DevOps Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our DevOps infrastructure and processes. You will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by ensuring the seamless integration of development and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our DevOps infrastructure, including tools, automation, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient and reliable software delivery pipelines.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, including monitoring, scaling, and cost optimization.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues within the DevOps pipeline to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies and recommend improvements to our processes.
• Mentor and train team members on DevOps best practices and processes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the DevOps team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing DevOps infrastructure and processes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring team members.
• Certifications in DevOps related technologies are a plus.
