Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies accordingly.
Identify, analyze, and report software defects and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure the stability and scalability of our products.
Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Continuously improve and maintain the test automation suite to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical expertise and support.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and testability.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that quality is embedded in every stage of the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience in software testing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in developing and executing manual and automated tests for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
