Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of test engineers in developing and executing test plans for new and existing products
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies that ensure product quality
Develop automated test scripts and tools to streamline the testing process
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements
Monitor and report on product quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies related to software testing
Collaborate with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code
Help drive continuous improvement in the testing process and implement new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong experience in developing and executing test plans for complex software products
Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or C++
In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
