Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Blockchain Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Lead Blockchain Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of our blockchain-based solutions. You will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company by providing technical leadership and expertise in the field of blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of blockchain engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise.
• Design and develop blockchain-based solutions for various use cases and industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and tools.
• Develop and implement best practices and coding standards for blockchain development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of blockchain solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of company-wide blockchain strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in blockchain development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers.
• Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, platforms, protocols, and tools, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Bitcoin.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Java, and C++.
• Experience with smart contract development and deployment.
• In-depth understanding of cryptography and security principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
