Lobox is seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the Lead AI Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our AI initiatives and driving the development of AI solutions to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI specialists to develop and implement AI solutions
• Identify and prioritize business problems that can be solved using AI and machine learning techniques
• Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and identify relevant features for AI models
• Develop data pipelines and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality for AI projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and apply them to our projects
• Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Mentor and coach junior AI specialists, providing technical guidance and support
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI tools and technologies to support our projects
• Collaborate with product and business teams to identify potential AI use cases and develop project roadmaps
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements in all AI projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
• In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as neural networks, decision trees, and natural language processing
• Experience with AI tools and technologies, such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of AI specialists
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning
