Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design optimal Tibco integration solutions to meet their needs
Develop and maintain various Tibco integration components including BusinessWorks, EMS, and Adapters
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tibco integration solutions in a timely manner
Conduct unit testing and assist with system integration testing to ensure the quality and stability of the Tibco integration solutions
Work closely with other members of the development team to ensure seamless integration of Tibco solutions with other systems and applications
Keep up-to-date with the latest Tibco technologies and best practices to continuously improve our integration solutions
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing Tibco integration solutions
Strong understanding of Tibco technologies including BusinessWorks, EMS, and Adapters
Experience with integration patterns and methodologies such as SOA, EAI, and B2B
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Git
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Tibco certifications are a plus
