Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's IT systems and infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT operations, driving efficiency and performance while maintaining high levels of security and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our company's IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage the IT budget, including forecasting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve business processes and support our company's growth and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices to continuously improve our IT operations and infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality products and services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business needs and provide strategic IT guidance and support.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of an IT infrastructure failure or natural disaster.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and implement measures to protect the company's sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading IT teams.
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
• Strong project management skills and experience in implementing IT projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data privacy and security regulations, with experience in implementing and maintaining security protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Certifications in project management, ITIL, or other relevant areas are a plus.
