Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives
Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals
Monitor and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability
Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and IT services
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the company
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Create and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects and implementing systems and processes
Strong technical knowledge and experience with a variety of technologies, including servers, networks, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strategic mindset with the ability to align IT initiatives with overall business objectives
Experience in budget management and vendor relationship management
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
