Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Database Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Database Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our database systems. You will work closely with our team of developers, project managers, and clients to ensure that our database solutions meet the needs and requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain database systems for various applications
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to understand client requirements and design appropriate database solutions
• Develop and maintain database structures, procedures, and scripts
• Optimize database performance by conducting regular performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate measures
• Develop and maintain documentation for all database systems and procedures
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technologies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of database processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Developer or similar role
• Strong understanding of database concepts, structures and languages such as SQL and NoSQL
• Experience with database development tools such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
