Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Virtual Reality Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Virtual Reality Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing immersive virtual reality experiences for our clients. You will be the driving force behind our virtual reality projects, leading a team of developers and collaborating with designers, artists, and project managers to deliver cutting-edge virtual reality solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of virtual reality developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Design and implement virtual reality applications and experiences using industry-standard tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest virtual reality trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our development process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the development process.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that all code meets quality standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Mentor and train junior developers to foster their growth and development within the team.
• Act as a subject matter expert on virtual reality development, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in virtual reality development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Strong proficiency in virtual reality development tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or CryEngine.
• Extensive knowledge of C#, C++, or other programming languages commonly used in virtual reality development.
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• In-depth understanding of virtual reality hardware and software, including VR headsets and controllers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your virtual reality development projects is highly desirable.
