Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of NLP specialists and data scientists to design and develop NLP models and algorithms
Develop and implement NLP strategies and roadmaps to drive business objectives
Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning
Design and implement data collection processes to gather relevant data for NLP projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s or Master��s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in NLP development and implementation
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NLP techniques and algorithms
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, Spacy, or Gensim
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Proven experience in leading and managing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
