Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of AI analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop AI solutions that address their specific challenges
Utilize your expertise in data science and AI to analyze and interpret complex data sets, and develop predictive models and algorithms
Implement advanced machine learning techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and data science, and incorporate them into our solutions
Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and software developers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
Mentor and train junior AI analysts, providing them with guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and machine learning
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of AI analysts
Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, and experience with AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop effective solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
